All payments must be made using PayPal only. A minimum of 60% of the total purchase price must be received before the shoes are created and the remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment. Once order is finalized, an invoice will be sent to your email from PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete transaction.

Shoes take 4-6 weeks to be completed and shipped due to an increased workload and demand. There is a rush order option in which an additional $65 charge will apply.

If you desire an alternative custom shoe that is not a standard platform pump (wedge heel, sling-back heel, open-toe pump, 6-8 inch pump, etc) you must provide your own shoe to be customized. Prices will slightly vary (more or less) depending on the size and make of the shoe. For an example, a wedge heel will run more than a standard pump and an open-toe, sling back heel will run less than a standard pump. Prices are to be set at the discretion of B. Dallas.

No Refunds or Exchanges!!! Please know your correct shoe size for a standard pump if you are not providing an alternative style of shoe of your own.
I firmly stand behind the quality of my shoes. Upon your shoes arrival, if the product is damaged in anyway (broken spike, detached crystals, etc) you must follow these prompt instructions for a non-charge repair to be honored.
1. Contact us within 24 hours of the shoes arrival via phone or e-mail
2. E-mail a picture of the damage
3. Ship the shoe back out within 3 days of its arrival
Damaged items due to rare shipping mishaps which are not reported within 24 hours of the products arrival or shoes that experience damage not caused by shipping can be sent back and repaired at anytime. A repair charge will be set depending on the severity of the damage. The repair fee must be acquired in full before the shoes are shipped and returned.
USPS Priority mail shipping (USA ONLY) $15 flat rate. A tracking number will be provided upon receiving entire purchase amount. Please inquire for International Shipping Rates.
