SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you with a shipment tracking number for you to track your order via usps.com.

 

 

 

What are your shipping options?
 

USPS Priority 2-3 Day or USPS Priority Express Overnight

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Returns/ exchanges are prohibited. Hair products such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos and other products are non-refundable. All sales are final, so measure carefully.

What is your returns policy?
 

Although we know that it's difficult to choose exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig or certain hair. We want our customers to enjoy their hair and be happy with their purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or weft hair. All sales are final due to hygienic reasons. The pictures of our hair are accurately represented in the photos to represent their true form. As such returns/ exchanges are prohibited.
